As of end 2011, a
series of specific plans in the Rift Valley are nearing completion of
negotiations, and other plans are in various stages of preparation.

Construction of a villa/apartment complex in Awassa on at least
10,000 sq. m with the option of up to 100,000 sq. m. This project is
the first of its kind in the provincial capital Awassa, and for this
reason it is being supported directly by the local authorities.

Purchase of large areas of land in the Rift Valley, on which new city
districts will be established together with other project developers.
In addition to private houses, shopping centers and schools will also
be established.
- Construction of several
private houses in the east of Addis Ababa. The start will be during the year 2012. The houses are of the highest quality
and are in keeping with the design of numerous new houses in the
area.
